Our dedicated account managers and project teams develop relationships with our clients and their nominated representatives to ensure we gain relevant understanding of their existing operation and business processes and provide solutions to execute their projects with these parameters in mind. We are regularly employed by a number of blue chip clients, covering retail, local government, leisure and commercial insurance repair sectors under a range of partnership and framework agreements. We are fully supported by a competent and fully pre-qualified supply chain, from a range of supporting professional consultants to trades subcontractors, with whom we have developed our working relationship over the past years. Operating out of our two regional offices provides our clients with good support to our site based teams over a large geographical area.

Health, Safety and Environmental Management

Providing exceptional service to our customers includes ensuring that our employees work in conditions of optimum safety and we place the highest priority on the professional management of quality, safety and the environment. To this end, we actively promote safe working practices for all our staff. This means complying with ever-changing regulations and training our employees in the regulations on a continuous basis.

It is our policy that the construction activities of a modern refurbishment company like ours are carried out in such a manner that we ensure the prevention of accidents and health risks to employees, subcontractors and the public. That is why we have gone through the certification process and achieved full accredited company status with CHAS and also participate in the Considerate Constructors Scheme. From handover of the Principal Designer’s pre-construction information to issue and implementation of the full Construction Phase Plan, our Health & Safety manager ensures that the project is planned, managed, monitored and reviewed in accordance with our CDM 2015 responsibilities. Management of Health & Safety goes all the way through our business and includes subcontractors and the entire supply chain.

The core of good Health & Safety management is assessing risk and working to approved method statements, not just ticking the right boxes on a form. We insist on the submission and review of job specific risk assessments and method statements prior to any work activity and that all operatives have the necessary certifications and training to carry out their tasks with a full understanding of the safety implications both for themselves and for those around them. 

We ensure that all staff training needs are addressed by maintaining a Training Schedule in conjunction with the CITB, tailoring training to suit the requirements of the job. In addition, we also provide personal development training in areas such as IT and commercial awareness.
