Working closely with the client to preserve the unique feel of a period London hotel located in the conservation area in Pimlico, Aleron Contractors developed a cost-effective scheme to modernise the hotel’s restaurant, communal areas and kitchen to provide better functionality for guests and staff, as well as give the space a feel of an up-market boutique hotel.

Aleron worked to a tight programme to achieve the client’s requirements in record time. All works had to be completed before the hotel had their annual star rating re-valuation visit.
