Role Description - Marketing Analyst
Aleron Contractors are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to be responsible for building the business by establishing and leading the marketing function in the company.
As Marketing Executive you will join a small but well established Intelligent Building Automation and Audio Visual technology installation company with a huge opportunity for growth given the favorable market conditions.
This is an “all-encompassing marketing role” and is a truly unique opportunity to excel for a high-calibre person – a creative, ambitious and committed individual with true passion for marketing and technology.
You will be responsible for definition and implementation of the entire variety of marketing activities, including market analysis, customer segmentation, definition of new services, pricing strategy, sales presentations, running campaigns, digital marketing and copywriting of marketing content.
Your high level objective will be to build and develop a consistent leads pipeline by implementing marketing activities that promote the company services, through deep understanding of market needs and technology solutions.
Define and continuously improve business development and marketing plans.
Identify, design, plan, deliver, monitor and enhance marketing programs in line with business objectives.
Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable and measurable lead generation campaigns.
Create marketing collateral, including copywriting of website, brochures, sales presentations, newsletters, etc.
Identify opportunities for new marketing campaigns and new service areas that drive customer interest and demand.
Research, build and run events and social media activity that generate new business opportunities with strategic prospects.
Develop client relationship. Set up and attend meetings with potential clients and decision makers to present company services and develop communications about future business opportunities.
Understand and enhance further the company’s business case to continuously enhance the company’s performance.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
You should be a degree level qualified, with 2:1 or above, ideally in Marketing, Business or related subject.
Previous marketing or sales experience is a strong advantage.
You will be very articulate over the phone and in person and an effective communicator.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes with start-up 'anything and everything' mentality.
Basic £18,000 - £21,000 per annum + bonus
